• The general terms and conditions of use of the Zükari gift card (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”):
• The Card can only be used at the Zükari in Sainte-julie;
• The Card is worthless until activated by the Zükari before use;
• The Card must be presented for each transaction;
• The value of the Card is in Canadian dollars;
• The Card amount is not refundable or exchangeable for its cash value;
• The Card may be used more than once. The cost of goods and merchandise purchased will be deducted from the value of the Card until it reaches a zero balance;
• The Card balance can be checked by a Zükari employee;
• Zükari reserves the right not to agree to issue a new Card, to cancel this Card or to restrict its use in any way if it has reason to believe that the use of the Card is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise illegal;
• Zükari is not responsible for loss, theft or unauthorized use of the Card.
• No refund or replacement of the Card will be made by Zükari;
• The use of the Card will be considered as proof of acceptance of the present conditions;
• The Card can be used for any purchase at Zükari;
• The Card has no expiry date and no inactivity or other fees are associated with it;
• The Card remains the exclusive property of Zükari at all times;

Your gift card will be waiting for you at reception in your name. Simply claim it on arrival.
