Following last summer's success, here is the improved formula!<\/p>

Is your teenager between 13 and 14 years old and interested in becoming a camp counselor, working on the camp support team, or simply being part of a fun group this summer? The Aspiring Camp Counselor program is for them! It's a dynamic and interactive approach for young people who want to develop skills in the summer camp environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This camp allows aspiring instructors and future instructors to learn the basics of animation and develop skills that will eventually allow them to join the instructor\u2019s team. This camp <\/span>takes place in 3 levels with certain passage criteria (challenges). Your teenager will evolve with a variety of team games all week.\u00a0Au programme: sports, activit\u00e9s, jeux, d\u00e9fis, impro et un peu de p\u00e9dagogie entre les branches!\u00a0<\/span>Scheduled: sports, activities, games, challenges, improvisation and a little teaching between the branches! In addition, they will be involved in organizing the Olympics, shows and other themed camp activities. Depending on their level, they will slowly get closer to younger groups in their everyday activities and will increasingly assist the instructors in their tasks.<\/p>

Important note:<\/strong> If our qualified staff determines that the Teen Camp is more suitable for your child, we will contact you to arrange the camp change.
The camp Aspiring instructor<\/em> is a pre-training program designed to prepare young people to become guides at 15 and instructors from the age of 16.<\/p>

Z\u00fckari does not guarantee that your child will be hired following this training. Candidate selections take place every year in April and are based on candidates' skills, not their length of service at Z\u00fckari.<\/p>

This training offers support and guidance in this direction, but in no way guarantees, once again, the hiring of the camper.<\/p>

BRONZE:<\/strong>Has four levels to discover the camps in general, get out of your way and experience team spirit with small involvements with the camp\u2019s children.<\/p>

SILVER:<\/strong>More involvement at the camp level to help children in their everyday activities.<\/p>

GOLD:<\/strong>Immersion in the camps to help counsellors with campers as they try different roles within Z\u00fckari\u2019s team.<\/p>

In addition, they will participate in a team-building outing in the parks of the city of Sainte-Julie, and a special activity in our outdoor areas. or even<\/strong> Join us for an outing to our farm in Brossard (bus transportation included) every Wednesday. A fun and motivating way to learn how to supervise and care for toddlers while building friendships!<\/p>

From the age of 15 (after completing 3rd year of secondary school), he could occupy a position within the support team of the Z\u00fckari camps and then, from the age of 16, become a monitor with us!<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
