General
No problem but you have to think about:
- Avoid nuts and peanuts
- Avoid glass containers
- Bring plates, glasses and cutlery to serve your food and drinks
- Bring a cooler, as there is no refrigerator available on site unless you have reserved the VIP room.
Visit our Rules.
Only socks are required. Shoes are recommended on the hockey rink for large hockey games and in the Athlete zone for stunt players.
There is no refrigerator available on site. Remember to bring your cooler.
Two microwaves are available on-site for the general public.
- Our zones target preschoolers and elementary school-age children
- Our summer camps are aimed at children aged 18 months to 11 years old
- Our train courses for « aspiring instructor » are aimed at children aged 12 to 14
- Our jobs are offered from the age of 15. 😊
Certainly, you just need:
- To have paid your daily entry
- To ask for a stamp before going out
You can then go out and come back as you please during the same day!

- All our products are free from peanuts and tree nuts
- Our cupcakes, cake pops and certain cookies come from Foubrak
The VIP room is only available on weekends.
Parents are responsible for their children at all times and must accompany them inside Zükari, without exception.
- We do not have drop-off daycare during the year.
- Our summer camps are open to all cities during July and August. Registrations begin in January each year.
The rear exterior playground is closed to the general public as there is no surveillance. Thank you for your understanding.
To preserve our inflatable structures and avoid too much jostling inside, adults do not have access to them unless, of course, to help their child.
An adult alone cannot enter Zükari. He must arrive with a child or join a group with children (e.g. an adult who simply wants to stop to eat at the restaurant won’t be allowed to entry).
You are not allowed to bring your own hockey stick or soccer ball. To avoid accidents, our sticks are made of plastic and our balls are soft.
A child aged 13 is considered an adult for the purchase of daily admissions. Therefore, we ask children of this age to respect younger children to avoid injuries or accidents.
It is quicker to book online and then show up, but it is not mandatory to book for a daily visit.
Please note that it is mandatory to book a party package at least 7 days in advance.
This zone is reserved for preschoolers. If your child goes to daycare, this area, and all other areas, are accessible to them.
If your eldest is there to watch over your youngest child, meaning they don’t go into the inflatable structure and ensure the safety of all the little ones around them, they are definitely welcome.
You are more than welcome to play with your children in all play areas.
Take note:
- There are carts for adults – Please avoid plasma cars
- Inflatable structures are prohibited for adults
There are electrical outlets almost everywhere in Zükari. 😊

Birthdays
You can consult our “parties” page for all the details of our packages.
- The package includes 8 children and 4 adults
- The party tables have a capacity of 18 people. If you have a turnkey package and want to invite more than 18 people, here are your options:
- An additional table for a total capacity of 36 people: $50 extra
- A VIP room with a capacity of 30 people: $50 extra
- A private area in Zükari with capacity for 50 people: $50 extra

- Bring your plates, cutlery and spatula to serve the cake
- Bring your cooler, as there are no refrigerators available on site unless you have reserved the VIP room.
We will be happy to welcome you even without a package! 😊

- Maximum 2 tables per group so that all our customers can find a seat to eat
There is a restaurant inside. However, if you wish to bring your food consider:
- Avoid nuts and peanuts
- Avoid glass containers
- Bringing plates, glasses and cutlery to serve your food
- Bringing a cooler, as there is no refrigerator available on site.
A single free entry for a future visit is offered per turnkey package. It is not possible to add another free entry to the package even if it is a package to celebrate 2 children.
The $20 is also applicable on the rental of a private area, VIP room or 2 tables for the party of a subscribed child.
You can reserve two tables in the Explorer zone for $50. Please contact us at 450 649.4544 ext. 0.
The celebrated child is part of the 8 children included in the package. However, subscribed members (child or parent members) are not counted as part of the 8 children and 4 adults of the turnkey package.
It is prohibited to bring or consume alcohol at Zükari.
If you want to celebrate two children in the same package, you should consider adding (if you wish of course):
- A t-shirt
- A souvenir picture
If you do not want to take the turnkey package but still want to have tables reserved for your group, the Flexi package is perfect for you:
- You can reserve a room or a table area for 150$ for a block of 3 hours
- The tables will be set and the area or room will be ready to receive you
- All you have to do is pay for your tickets according to the prices
- You can add food, surprises or other items to your menu package or bring your food (without traces of peanuts or nuts and without glass containers), your cutlery and your party decorations.

The contents of the bags may vary depending on the available inventory.
There are 12 cupcakes included in the package. You can add cupcakes as needed.
If you bring your food consider:

- Bringing your cooler, as there is no refrigerator on site.
If you use our catering services, everything will be provided for you.
Zükari only offers cupcakes. If you want a cake, you can do business with the Foubrak company at foubrak @gmail.com which delivers every Friday. 😊
There can be more parents (e.g.: 6 parents and 6 children = ok). The limit is 8 children at any time (e.g.: 4 children and 8 adults and a maximum of 8 children and 4 adults).
- $75 deposit when booking a birthday party

- No possibility of reducing or interchanging the menu included in the turnkey package. You can nevertheless add items without worry.
- The party table has a capacity of 18 people
- The VIP room has a capacity of 30 people
- The private area has a capacity of 50 people

- A hostess will be there to serve you the food and meet your needs
- There will be a group photo taken with photobooth items to entertain the children
- During special events like Christmas or Halloween, there are special activities offered to the general public. See our events page for more details.
There is no entertainment included in the package, however, there are activities offered to all customers with voluntary participation (e.g. limbo for all, ball hunt, etc.)

- The person responsible acknowledges that the practice of activity as well as the use of the equipment involves inherent dangers and agrees to assume full responsibility for any PERSONAL OR MATERIAL DAMAGE resulting from said inherent risks and dangers and releases and exonerates Zükari from any liability that may arise therefrom. For all legal purposes, the person responsible agrees to elect domicile in Quebec, a forum for any claim, and that the laws of Quebec apply.
- The person responsible also assumes full responsibility for any damage of any nature resulting from non-compliance within the SAFETY REGULATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS in place and releases and exonerates Zükari for any damage related to such failures
- The manager declares that they have valid civil liability insurance.

Yes, at all times! However, access to the birthday room, area or tables in advance is not available if there is a reservation before yours. Thank you for your understanding.
There is no theme for birthdays. You are welcome to bring your decorations. 😊
Unfortunately, we do not inflate balloons coming from outside. We sell inflated helium balloons with decorative weights to hold them in place.

Your entry gives you access to all on-site activities.
Take note that:
- The Champion zone is dedicated to our preschool children only (this zone is prohibited for children in first grade and above)
- Themed workshops (cookie decoration, cotton candy, makeup, etc.) are available on-site ($) depending on the themes proposed.
Adults must pay their entrance fee too. The subscription is very interesting knowing that in a few visits, it quickly pays for itself.

The subscription is free until the age of 12 months less 1 day. So, on your 10-month subscription, only the months when the child is 12 months and older will be charged.

The subscription is not transferable from one member of a family to another member of the same family. It is not transferable from one parent to another parent either (e.g. father and mother).

Upon renewal, we offer resubscribing members a 15% discount on their new subscriptions. This is offered at any time before the expiry date of the current subscription.
Summer camps

If they are the same age, of course, just indicate it when registering.
The instructor/child ratio depends on the age of the children. Therefore, it is not possible to enroll a child in a group other than their own age group/school year.
- This is a 3-summer program to hire them into our team from the age of 15. We generally take campers from the age of 12 with some exceptions at 11 years old. 😊
- When they have reached the silver level (2nd nd summer) we invite them to come to work with us (paid minimum wage) for events at Zükari such as Halloween, Christmas, Easter, etc.
- For any MODIFICATIONFor any MODIFICATION, an administration fee of $10 will be applied. No modification will be granted if there are 7 days or less before the start of the activity. Thus, a change of camp specialization (art to soccer, etc.) in the same week, requiring no cancellation or change of week, will be considered a MODIFICATION
- For any CANCELLATION, a fee of $30 will be required per week cancelled. So if you cancel a week to take a new one, a $30 fee will be applied. From 15 to 30 days before the start of the activity, 50% will be charged as an administration fee. No refund will be granted if there are 14 days or less before the start of the activity.
- Zükari reserves the right to charge $5/15 minutes per child for any delay after 6 p.m.
- Fees of $30 will be charged for each rejected payment.
- For any MODIFICATIONFor any MODIFICATION, an administration fee of $10 will be applied. No modification will be granted if there are 7 days or less before the start of the activity. - Zükari camps are certified by the Quebec Camps Association
- 45 hours of training is given to each instructor
- A ratio of instructors trained by the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada is always respected
- A ratio of CNESST employees is always applied
- A specialized educator is always on-site to intervene if necessary
- On-site supervisors have their early childhood education training
- Our coordinators have several years of experience including in primary school teaching.

- Every day, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., we open the small canteen. Your child can then treat themselves to a Mr. Freeze, a slush, a Gatorade, etc.
- Please identify your child's wallet
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen money
- $5 is enough for the day
- No meals are available on site
In this case, we will call you and ask for your permission to offer an on-the-go meal to your child for $15.95 + taxes.
At the drop-off point, a guide will come and help your child get out of the car. They are the ones to give you the information every morning.
